This list is both exhaustive and not complete. It is an attempt to jog your memory as you put together your own list of what to send to the observatory. You won't need all of these items and there may be other things peculiar to your system. In particular, you'll need a variety of cables, connectors, dovetails, nuts, and bolts to hold this all together. This list isn't written to that level of detail.
OTA (the telescope itself)

Mounting hardware. This varies by make/model. For example, for the ZWO AM3/5/7, we just need the three M8 bolts, not the plate from the top of the tripod.
Counter-balance bar and weight(s), if any

Rule of thumb: Set it all up in your back yard. Run one power cord and one Ethernet cable to it. When you get to where you can control it entirely from a computer on a different network (say, using your phone as a hotspot), send us everything except the tripod.
